New Years is right around the corner. It is a great time to set new goals and push yourself to be the very best. Here are the top 10 New Years’ resolutions for teens:


#10: Take risks

Life without risks is boring. In the new year, try new things and make life more fun. Do something you wouldn’t normally do. Life is short so make the best of it.


#9: Exercise more

Being in shape is a way to increase your time on earth, so work out! Starting an exercise routine at the beginning of the year will create a healthy mindset and encourage you to stay in shape throughout the year.


#8: Eat healthier

Along with exercising comes a healthy diet. Exercise means nothing without maintaining a healthy and stable diet. Eating healthy not only makes you look good but also makes you feel good.


#7: Read more

Reading is an excellent way to increase vocabulary and improve memory. It is also a great way to deal with stress because it lets you escape from the real world for a little while.


#6: Improve your GPA

Improving your GPA can’t be done without will and determination, so start now and get a head start on obtaining better grades. Once you get used to doing your work correctly and on time, your GPA will increase tremendously.


#5: Manage stress

Managing stress is a vital aspect of living a happy life. This can be done by exercising, reading, relaxing, and spending time outdoors.

This can be done by making good choices and doing the things you’re supposed to do. You can still have some fun but prioritize the important things first. Eventually, people will be looking to you as inspiration and you could be the reason someone wants to make the right choices.

If you have some things you don’t want, donate them. This is an easy way to help the community and become an overall better person. It also frees up space and time for you to explore new interests.

This can be done by simply being kind or apologizing for something that you did to upset someone. Healthy relationships can lead to a healthy and happy lifestyle.
